Everything was very green and in the shady areas there was lots of moss and Toadstools.
Daisies are one of my favorite flowers and we saw lots of them and many other wild flowers. They were everywhere!

| We finally made it up to the top of the hill at 11,000 ft to see Wheeler Lakes. It rained on us and was windy, cloudy, and cold, but we got there! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| My feet were hurting by the time we got back down the hill and my truck was a most wonderful sight after our trek up the hill. It was approx. 9 miles round trip. We started at 9,800ft and ended at 11,000ft. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
